The Finger Trainer was designed to help stroke patients rehabilitate their fingers. It is comprised of a haptic feedback paddle, control keypad, VGA monitor, and PC/104 computer running an embedded Simulink program that was my responsibility. |
The lock and chain design was chosen as an excercise in CAD design, CNC mold creation, and injection molding of a plastic part.
The part consists of two identical pieces that form the lock tumbler, the lock latch, and the chain links. |
